Power.
Back.
Stop saying someone “made you feel” any type of way.
No one has that power over you….unless you give it to them.
You can have feelings. Your feelings are ALWAYS valid. You don’t ever need to justify or defend your feelings. Your feelings are REAL.
One more time: 👏🏻YOUR. 👏🏻FEELINGS. 👏🏻ARE. 👏🏻REAL.
*AND*
No one can “make you feel” anything.
Something happens.
Someone does something.
Something is said.
You have a feeling about it.
That feeling is real.
And no one “made you feel” that way.
Stop giving your power away by saying “you made me feel”.
